SHIPPING POLICY

PICKUP FROM STORE:
Our Antalya store is open for Monday - Saturday from 10:00 - 20:00, or by appointment.

When Pickup from Store is chosen at check-out, You will receive a confirmation from our store once your order is ready for pick-up.

 

LOCAL SHIPMENT: 1-5 Business Days
Local delivery cost is 70₺ for every package.

 

SHIPMENT WORLDWIDE: 10-20 working days + custom handling
Due to a rise in shipping rates, we unfortunately do not offer free shipping for over seas-orders at the moment but we're working on getting a better deal so we can offer better shipping rates to our over-seas customers.

In the meantime we thank you for your support, and your patience.


We try to ship out all orders on the same day, during weekend and holidays small delays may occur.

Delays may occur when shipping outside the TURKEY due to customs expeditions.

Oda Seramik is not responsible for this delay. All orders are ship with track and trace, which will be updated along the journey when the package is in customs, the track may not be updated before it’s through. We recommend that you check via your local post office to locate and follow your package when it has left Turkey.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the possibility to return or exchange your order within 7 days after purchase.

The original invoice must be included. Your return parcel can be sent or returned to our shop at the following address:

Any used, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.

We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping.

Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns, but we are happy to help with a return label.

Sale items can’t be returned or refunded.
